"Kathleen was wonderful. She helped a first time home-owner navigate the crazy housing market in the bay area and placed me in the perfect house. My search for a home lasted about 8 months and we searched all over. We saw countless homes which was not easy during this pandemic. Kathleen was flexible and accommodating and when I had questions, she either already had the answer to it or made a point to follow up at a later time with an answer. I was impressed by how quickly she could write up an offer and how knowledgeable she was with the area and overall process. When you work with Kathleen, you not only get her 41 years of experience, you get access to a full network of people who will help you buy your dream home. "Not a day has passed without me staring at my house in amazement and disbelief that I am a homeowner! And I truly could not have done it without Kathleen. I was a first-time homebuyer and had to deal with buying during the craziness of the pandemic. I didn't have a big budget, being a single person in a very expensive market, but Kathleen was more committed to helping me achieve my life-long dream of buying a home more than she was in the commission. She made herself completely available to show me homes and even after my offers kept getting rejected countless times and having an acceptance fall through, her commitment was unwavering. After visiting more than 30 homes, having7 offers rejected and 1 acceptance fall through, I finally was able to buy a home that surpassed my wildest dreams!
